Zhejiang Lipin Valve Co., Ltd. has introduced its wafer-type PTFE-lined swing check valve (TF series), featuring a WCB carbon steel body with full PTFE (Teflon) lining. Designed for corrosive or high-purity media pipelines in chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment and food & beverage industries, the valve effectively prevents backflow and ensures process safety and system stability.
The valve body and disc surface are fully lined with imported PTFE material, offering excellent chemical inertness against acids, alkalis, solvents and other aggressive media. It also provides a very low coefficient of friction and excellent anti-stick properties, making it suitable for viscous or crystallizing fluids.
The compact wafer design allows direct installation between pipe flanges, saving space and making it particularly suitable for retrofit projects or confined areas. The disc features a quick-closing design, effectively reducing water hammer impact and helping protect downstream equipment.
Manufactured in strict compliance with ISO 9001 and PED requirements, the valve body is precision-cast in carbon steel WCB, and the PTFE lining is firmly bonded through a high-temperature sintering process to ensure no peeling or blistering over long-term service.
Every valve undergoes 100% shell strength and seat leakage tests before shipment, accompanied by traceable material certificates and lining thickness inspection reports. The series covers sizes DN50 to DN300, pressure ratings PN10/PN16, and a temperature range of -20°C to 180°C, compatible with ANSI, DIN and other flange standards.
