
With growing demand for remote control and energy efficiency in water treatment, HVAC, and industrial automation, Zhejiang Lipin Valve Co., Ltd. has introduced its PN16 resilient seated gate valve paired with a German AUMA three-phase electric actuator.
Designed for municipal water supply, industrial circulating water, wastewater treatment and HVAC systems, the valve and actuator are fully integrated to enable both manual onsite operation and remote SCADA/BMS control. It is available in sizes from DN50 to DN200.
The gate valve features a ductile iron body and a fully EPDM-encapsulated wedge, which creates an interference seal when closed, achieving bi-directional zero leakage. Both interior and exterior surfaces are coated with 250 µm epoxy compliant with EN 14901, offering excellent corrosion resistance and meeting drinking water hygiene standards.

The actuator is a 400V/50Hz three-phase motor, IP68 rated, and includes a declutchable handwheel, limit switches, torque limiters and an anti-condensation heater. It is suitable for wet or temporarily flooded environments and supports remote open/close commands with status feedback.
The valve is designed in accordance with EN 1074-1, with flange dimensions to EN 558-1 Series 14 and EN 1092-2 PN16, and pressure tested to EN 12266-1. It also holds EU PED certification.

The operating temperature range is -10°C to +70°C, with a maximum differential pressure of 10 bar. Lipin Valve can also supply NBR or FKM sealing materials for oil or special chemical applications.
