Zhejiang Lipin Valve Co., Ltd. has recently delivered over 300 duplex stainless steel ball, gate and check valves (2205/2507) to a large seawater desalination project and an offshore platform in the South China Sea. The valves passed classification society certification and high-chloride tests, demonstrating excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion.
Duplex stainless steel combines high strength with superior corrosion resistance. Lipin Valve optimised the forging, heat treatment and hardfacing (Stellite 21) processes to ensure reliable performance in seawater and high-temperature brine. The product range covers DN15-DN600, Class 150-Class 1500, with full material traceability and optional NACE MR0175 compliance.
