Zhejiang Lipin Valve Co., Ltd. has developed a high-pressure hydrogen valve series (ball, globe, check valves up to Class 1500) now in trial use in a domestic green hydrogen project. The valves address hydrogen permeation and sealing reliability, using anti-hydrogen embrittlement stainless steel and low-emission packing, designed to API 607 and ISO 15848-1.
Several sizes have passed third-party pressure and seal tests. Hydrogen valves are currently in small-batch validation as a key product line addition.
Lipin Valve has also renewed API 6D and API 600 certifications, passed supplier audits by domestic engineering firms, and secured a Central Asian order for about 200 API 6D ball and gate valves.
The company continues R&D in ultra-low temperature and intelligent diagnostic valves, while its Wenzhou plant is undergoing digital upgrades expected to shorten standard delivery lead time by about 15%.
