Lipin Valve Explores Predictive Maintenance to Boost Valve Lifecycle Management

Release time:2026-05-18 16:51:25

As industrial digitalization accelerates, valve maintenance is shifting from reactive to proactive. Zhejiang Lipin Valve has launched the "Lipin ValveWise™ Intelligent Valve Maintenance Platform" – integrating sensors, data acquisition, and cloud analytics to monitor torque, leakage, stem vibration, and temperature. A pilot at a petrochemical plant in East China has collected operational data to support future maintenance planning.

The ValveWise platform covers new valves and offers retrofit kits for inservice valves without structural changes. Through data accumulation, the system aims to build baseline operating profiles and generate maintenance suggestions. It will support mainstream industrial protocols and mobile remote viewing. "We are moving from pure manufacturing to a product-data-service model," said a company technical leader.

Lipin Valve recently signed maintenance cooperation letters with two domestic chemical firms, including pilot intelligent monitoring. The "Valve Lifecycle Assurance Plan" covers factory traceability, operation records, periodic inspections, and emergency response. Dozens of in-service valves are now in the test environment, generating real data. Lipin Valve will continue investing in smart sensing and analytics to enhance service value.
